Bone broth - incredibly healthy and nourishing, helps our intestinal health and digestion, keeps colds and flus away by improving our immune system over the cold weather. You can make it vegetarian by using vegetables only and omitting the bones, but the gelatin from bones is what makes it so healing for our intestines.
