Healthy Banana Fudge Bars [Recipe]

Healthy, organic and freaking delicious?? Yes, you can have it ALL!

Can you believe the words "chocolate almond fudge bars" can actually be all of these things? It is true. Once you make these you wont' be able to keep the recipe secret any longer, all of your friends will be asking for it!

When moving to a real foods diet, you don't have to sacrifice those delicious tastes. You just have to find some alternative ingredients to replace the 'bad guys' like white flour and white sugar, use some more fruits and healthier sweeteners like honey or molasses, and of course it helps to have an RHN nearby who can share how to put all those ingredients together into a drool-worthy dessert that wont have you feeling nauseous after eating. Enjoy!
