This is a story of one of my most embarrassing moments on the road. And what it has to do with you making the decision to upgrade your nutrition. Once you’re tired of the diets, the frustration, the restriction, the details, the counting, the worry, the constant comparison, the judgment. Once you’re tired of the STRESS. In labelling and structure we find that frustration, that lack of patience, that restriction that doesn’t feel good. (But we are so used to it, that we think it does feel good.) So we decide to try to get out of the diet loop. What tends to happen when we first try to get out of it is we are so trained to think in terms of restriction rather than nourishment. Food is not viewed as nourishment, its viewed as the enemy in diets. So we may swing the pendulum so far the other way in order to attempt balance. Anarchy. Here’s how intuitive eating can bring your anarchy to a great balance.
A dialogue I have had with quite a few clients in the last years. “If there’s no junk food in the house - I won’t eat it.” “If there’s __________(sugar, pastries, chips, pop etc) in front of me, I can’t help but overeat it.” “I can’t NOT eat sugar!” But take a deep look at these statements. None of them are actually real! These are all choices we make. Read this blog to find out how to step away from the belief that food controls you and you ‘can’t help’ but eat it when its around.Read More

In this blog I share the keys that you may need to let go of in order to get to the next level of wellness.Read More

Many of us have images in our head of what it means to be minimalist. Joshua Becker, author of “The More of Less” says to describe it quickest: “I am intentionally trying to live with only the things I really need.” I think that’s a great way of explaining it quickly. It did not start out for me as a life-changing experience, a moral compass or a new way of life. It simply started out of necessity. Here’s 7 ways you can enjoy minimalism in your life and how it also helps you upgrade your nutrition…Read More
When I started getting messages back from people, in response to messages from my account that I knew I did not send, it was a very eerie feeling. Cue Halloween music. Most of my clients come to me because they have very similar problems. Simply put, food stresses them out. It's wearing out their energy.
