ABOUT RAINA DAWN: With over 6 years of offering kombucha classes in the spring and fall throughout the Okanagan Valley, Raina is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist passionate about making fermented foods and nutrition SIMPLE for her clients. While her fermented foods classes often morph into part-comedy show's, her passion is making traditional foods a fun and easy part of our busy modern lives. As a Holistic Nutritionist & digestive expert, she's aware of the benefits for our digestion from living foods including beefing up immunity, clearing skin and pooping like a pro. For nutritional coaching for women who know how to eat but aren't doing it, Raina does offer a signature online program called Change Makers' to transform women who are stressed about food. ABOUT DANIKA: Danika is a bioregional folk herbalist, self-taught weedwyfe, botany nerd & chef behind Folk Method Oxymels, she's been practicing folk herbalism for over 8 years and has a diploma in Environmental Studies from Okanagan College, training through Anima Lifeways and Herbal School and apprenticing at Wild Roots Herbal Learning Centre. Danika's tonics are her take on the traditional oxymel, leveled-up. Each batch is nutrient dense and rich in balanced flavours so that every bottle nourishes and pleases your senses. Danika’s vision for Folk Method is to help build resilient community through collaboration.
