Hey there! I'm Raina Dawn. Holistic Nutritionist + Coach to AMAZING women who are ready to step up + start eating (and feeling) better!
When it all Began... Led to a love of the art & science of fermented foods while living in Kitsilano studying nutrition; Raina also dabbled in yoga, painting guitars, The Beatles, cooking, wine at the beach, tea drinking and Jimi Hendrix & Janis - okay, all things 1960's.
Experience... Raina relocated back to the Okanagan in 2011 with a diploma in Holistic Nutrition, happily settling into the cozy Valley: teaching, consulting, and creating the Okanagan's very first line of locally brewed organic kombucha. Raina spent two years as faculty at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Now focused on her incredibly inspiring clientele, she is dedicated to her craft which shows in her long line of client success in the last 7 years. Raina was a Top 40 Under 40 in Penticton in 2014 and nominated for the Julie Daniluk award in 2016 for outstanding presence via print/social media/presentations and is a cheerleader for and within the Holistic Nutrition Industry.
Food Revolution... Raina felt strongly during her studies of Nutrition that there was an exciting movement growing. Teaching and living the practice of eating clean, organic foods and supporting local farmers' is a key factor.
Volunteering... When not helping clients or brewing the Okanagan's kombucha, Raina aids new Holistic Nutritionists' into the industry and has created a web of RHN community in the Okanagan. She also volunteers with Slow Food Thompson Okanagan and is a current member of the CSNN’s Alumni Association as well as a member in good standing with the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals (CAHN-Pro.)

When women know how to read their own body signals and stop trusting magazines / diets, they'll digest better, lose weight and have 100% confidence in their nutrition. No more searching for the next quick fix. (It doesn't work, long term anyway!)
- I learned a lot of positive (and important) lessons while transitioning my diet in 2010 from standard fare to beautiful, clean food. The skills I learned about the mindset/mental transformation are most definitely relevant. Because changing your diet is more about mindset than it was about gathering a bigger salad recipe collection. (Those same mindsets & skills helped me create a thriving coaching consultancy where I craft my incredible clientele nutrition plans that give them the tools + 100% confidence to eat well - easily and repeatedly.)
- Those "tired of feeling this way" women I mentioned above? That’s you. And it’s my mission to show you that eating well doesn’t have to be hard. (And, that it feels really, really good.... when you do it my way.)
